-Uso de mi arte: como cliente obtienes el derecho de usar mi arte para usos personales, sin embargo no estas autorizado para cambiarla o editarla sin mi consentimiento, tampoco deberás reclamar mi arte como tuyo (se me debe de acreditar).
Como artista tengo el derecho de usar su comisión como ejemplo o postearlo en mis redes sociales como ejemplo.🚫PROHIBIDO EL USO DE MI ARTE EN IA DE CUALQUIER TIPO🚫-Pagos y reembolso: el pago deberá ejecutarse primero, solo acepto dólares y el pago se realiza solo por ko-fi o paypal. Una vez pagado me pondré en contacto para realizar la comisión.
NOTA una vez puesto tu solicitud debes tomar en cuenta que ya no se aceptan reembolso, asi que porfavor ten en cuenta esto antes de pagar(a no ser que no haya iniciado la comisión en todo caso puedes preguntar y podemos llegar a un acuerdo).-Periodo de realización: El periodo de realización varía según la pieza pero nunca supera la semana.
Ejemplos:
*Pieza de cuerpo completo y renderizado: 1 semana aprox.
*sketch de cuerpo completo a color: 4-5 dias
*Headshot renderizado: 2-3 dias
Etcétera.
En dado caso yo le avisaré el tiempo aproximado que tardará su pieza en realizarse o estará especificado en mi pagina antes de pagar.NOTA en esta etapa favor de mantenerse atento porque estaré enviando mensajes con actualizaciones del boceto antes de proceder a la fase de limpiarlo.Que aceptó y que no aceptó dibujar:-✅✅✅Furry es mi fuerte
-✅humanos o humanoide
-✅Animales
-✅nsfw (no muy explicito) y sugestivo-❌mecha o nsfw muy explicito
-❌arte político o religioso
-❌cualquier cosa que me haga sentir incómodoNOTA: tengo derecho a declinar cualquier petición que me haga sentir incómodo, si ese es el caso se le devolverá el 100% del dinero

The amount of time varies depending on the piece but it doesn’t go over a week.
For example:
*Pieces that are of full body and rendered: Aprox. One week
*Full body sketch colorized: Four to five days.
*Rendered headshot: two to three days.
And so on.
In any case, I will give a heads up on the average timeframe for your piece to be finished, or it will be specified on my page before buying.NOTE: during this stage, please stay in contact for I’ll be giving updates on the sketch before moving onto the cleanup phase.What I will and will not draw:
